Small Hole Leads to Large Water Damage

A small hole as shown in the "before" photo caused a large water loss in this client's home. So much so, that the bottom portion of the drywall needed to be removed. 

If you suspect you have a water leak, you must take care of it immediately! Signs of water damage can be peeling paint, water stains on the floor or ceiling, and bubbling wood or carpet.

When there is excessive moisture that can also lead to mold growth. Luckily for this client they called soon enough after they noticed their water loss and the damage was not as bad as it could have been.
