I came home on a Friday night to find water raining from my ceiling. I filed a claim with my insurance and called SERVPRO based on these reviews. Later, I found out to my suprise that my claim adjuster recommends SERVPRO as well. And that I made a good choice in choosing them. Furthermore, as so many of these reviews mention that they employ excellent staff. John who answered my call on a Saturday and reassured me what they could do relieved any anxiety I had. Adi and Arnold came that day and assessed the damage. I told them I wanted to wait for my insurance and they were patient and reassuring. Monday, after hearing from my insurance, I was assigned Joe and Eddie. I could tell from my time in the military that Joe also served and lead his team efficiently and effectively. He spoke with brevity and respect. Because of him, I believe my house will be restored quickly and will not have a problem with my insurance company because of his extensive knowledge and experience with the process of what is all involved. SERVPRO has been very professional in their work that they have done at my home I had a leak in the back of my refrigerator where the ice comes from they were very professional they were on time they kept me abreast of what was going on or what was going to happen in the future I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone that has to have a reconstruction done or tearing out Of any damage that has been done to their home due to flooding fire wherever I can’t say anything about fire but I can about flooding very professional in everything that they do

Joe Harrington came to my home to give me an estimate to correct damage done by a roof leak. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile by answering all my questions and checking for water damage throughout my home. (I have cataracts and glaucoma and am unable to see spots on ceilings.) He even spoke on the phone with my daughter who is handling the resolution of water damage and answered all her questions as well. (I am elderly and she handles things for me.) Absolutely fantastic company!! When our water heater broke and flooded the whole first floor, SERVPRO was quick to respond. Sebastian and Juan arrived unbelievably fast and were quick to start the water removal process. They were very professional and even helped us to finish moving the last of our belongings out. They were even quick to come out the next day to follow up on everything and make sure we were still doing ok. I would highly recommend them and SERVPRO to anyone in need of this service. SERVPRO really does fix things "Like it never even happened." When our church was found on a Sunday morning 80% underwater, they were there in a jiffy. Two weeks later when we walked back in, there was no sign that anything had happened....no moldy smell, no messed up flooring or walls....Like it never even happened. We hired SERVPRO West El Paso after a water loss. Bryan Enriquez and his team arrived quickly to our home. They dried our home for several days. Their service was courteous and professional.

SERVPRO of West El Paso Texas is the company to call FIRST if you have a water damage emergency. Once I filed my insurance claim at 4am. I contacted a company that had cleaned my floors in past. The owner called me back to let me know that he was out of town. So I went online to find another company. SERVPRO of West El Paso was highly rated and was open 24 hours. I called them, they would have a technician at my home within the hour. Just as SERVPRO promised a Technician named Sebastian arrived. We had a water pipe to burst in our toilet area of the Master Bath overnight. We were flooded in Master Bedroom, bath and closet. Main hallway, front foyer, sitting area and dining room. Sebastian was able to put us at ease, that SERVPRO would take care of us. Sebastian walked through and inspected the flooded areas. He briefed us all what had to be done. Immediately he went to work to extract all of the water from our rooms. He then checked the moisture level of all the lower walls and baseboards. He then briefed us that he would have to remove the baseboards and drill holes all throughout areas to aid in drying process. He set up dehumidifiers and dryers all throughout the affected areas the first day (Saturday). Sunday Sebastian and another Technician returned to monitor the drying and to check moisture levels. They determined that they needed to adjust the position for few of the dryers.
 Sebastian is very professional and a hard worker too. There were no less than 2 Technicians on site at all times. The drying process took five days. I felt confident with SERVPRO throughout the water removal/ water extraction, drying and dehumidification process. I rate this company Five Stars.
